Our client is an organisation that works with Primary schools in England and Wales, supplying them with the best subject specialists delivering dance, music, drama, art, PE and modern foreign languages. They are currently looking for a Telesales Appointment Setter to join a hugely successful market leading education service provider based in Cardiff.
You will need to be loyal, passionate, hard-working, an excellent communicator and really have an energetic buzz about you. They hire on personal strengths and they have an amazing culture for you to join if you are willing to give it your all.
The role:
You will be based at their Cardiff Area office.
You will be contacting potential clients with the aim of confirming sales appointments.
You will be making calls throughout the day and will need to deliver the same high level of service during each and every call.
You will need to achieve your set targets on a daily basis.
Your role is crucial in the development of the organisation and therefore you must be very focused on always closing the call with an appointment in the diary.
Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30pm

Salary is up to 13000 GBP per annum and commission plus incentive package.
