FABRICATION SHOP PIPEFITTERS
We urgently need experienced pipe fitters to work in a fabrication workshop in Aberdeen. Immediate start, overtime available.
You will be fabricating pipework (carbon and stainless steel) in the workshop from isometric drawings within +/-1mm tolerances and tack welding.
Pay rates (umbrella) night shift pay rates (umbrella): £19.85/hr- overtime 27.58/ hr
Day shift: £13.79/ hr, overtime £20.68- £27.58/hr
Requirements:
must be able to read isometric drawings.
must have at least 2 year experience in pipe fabrication and pipe fitting in the fabrication shop.
must be able to fit and fabricate pipework within +/- 1 mm tolerance
must be able to tack weld and do burning
must be able to use all tools to fabricate and tack weld pipelines
must be able to do calculations to cut back sizes for bends and fittings
candidates should have own basic tools: rule, level, hammer etc and overalls and safety boots.
