We are leading floor sanding company based in Fulham, West London. Currently we are looking for highly experienced floor sanders. This is a permanent position and could be part but ideally full time.

You need to be very knowledgeable in the following services:

- FLOOR SANDING: Boards -- Parquet -- Hardwood - Engineered
- RESTORATIONS & REPAIRS (All types,
especially concrete hearth restitching)
- GAP FILLING (resin filler, reclaimed wood slivers & gap master)
- STAINING (spirit, water & oil based dyes)
- LACQUERING, WAXING & OILING (Bona, Osmo & Blanchon etc.)

Ideally you should have:

- 2 Checkable references
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Van/own transport
- Own machines (belt sander, edger & buffer etc.)
- Own company or CIS registration
- Excellent communication skills would be essential as you will be dealing directly with the customers.

Good % = approx £3500 - £5500 per month for 6 days hard work per week in and around London
