We are a gym that caters for everyone from fitness enthusiasts right the way up to the professional athlete. Elite Gym offers a top of the range facility specialising in a wide variety of equipment of free weights, iso-plate loaded machines and a bespoke range of pin-select machine equipment.
Elite Gym has teamed up with Shaolin Temple Academy, a renowned Chinese martial arts school specialising in Gong Fu (Kung Fu) and San Da (Chinese Boxing) all under one roof. The facility boasts its size as it offers 12,600 square foot to all our members making us the UK's largest Chinese Martial Arts and Gymnasium facility combined.
At Elite Gym we are very serious about what we do, that is why we will only offer the best equipment, with the best training advice along with teaming up with one of the best Chinese martial arts schools in London. Our aim is to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts achieve their goals whether it is competing or just for everyday training.
We aim to provide multiple elite equipment to our members that is why we have not settled for just the mediocre machines or box standard equipment offering just one of each, we have carefully selected our equipment as they are all brand new and have our Elite Gym brand on the equipment which has been hand crafted for our members. The facility is very unique as we also offer a variety of martial arts classes hosted by different teachers and Masters from different backgrounds. Elite Gym also provides a Re-Fuel drinks bar serving its customers best quality protein drinks customised to their standards.
