Further details:
This course is aimed at students who are interested in exploring and understanding the process of interior design for their own use to improve their living or working environment, or as an investigation into interior design as a career option. By the end of the course students should have the confidence to plan room layouts, create a design scheme and put together an interior design based on their newfound knowledge.
Although it is not directly aimed at those seeking to gain a professional qualification and work in the industry, it could provide a valuable first step for anyone considering more in-depth study. A certificate of attendance is awarded at the end of the course.
Practising professional interior designers take students chronologically through the basics of the interior design process, including colour, space planning, lighting, budgeting and much more.
