Electronic ballast ELT BE 418 (T8-PL-L) - electronic control gear (ECG) for 3-4 fluorescent lamps T8/TC-L power of 18W.
Electronic ballasts are designed for high-frequency systems of the fluorescent lamp. They replace conventional assembly, consisting of electromagnetic ballasts, starters and capacitors in the power factor.
ECG consists of printed circuit board with electronic components that allows the lamp to operate at a frequency above 20 kHz, whereas with conventional ballast lamps operate at mains frequency.
ECGs can be used with all types of fluorescent lamps. The main characteristics of electronic ballasts are:
Energy efficiency. ELT ballast company can save up to 30% energy compared to conventional magnetic ballasts.
