Westminster Homecare Ltd trading as ILN East is a support provider working in the local community to support people with disabilities and mental ill health with tasks such as managing their household, finances, budgeting, correspondence, maintaining relationships, shopping, social, attnding appointments and managing medication. THe company is seeking individuals who are motivated, dedicated and puntual to work as part of a small but expanding team to deliver quality support to people in their own homes. Applicants should be flexible but no previous experience is required as full training will be provided including an induction to the role, mandatory and specialist training related to the particular clients you would be working with and initially you would work alongside an experienced staff member. Full time applicants would be expected to work alternative weekends but would have days off during the week. The role includes working bank holidays where enhancements will be paid and a day in lieu offered if work is completed.Being a drivers with use of a car is essential. Mileage incurred will be paid at 30p per mile.Sick pay and a supplementary healthcare scheme are available once applicants complete probation satisfactorily and are offered a permanent contract.
