Location of the house is in a quiet village and so would suit anyone, good local shop in the village or close by Bawdeswell shop, Lakeside pub and indoor bowling, village hall used alot by the local community, this has a playing field and tennis courts or football, the village sits only 5 miles from Dereham Town centre, it is central to Norwich, Kings Lynn, Aylsham, Wymondham Fakenham and other surrounding towns.
Double room includes a Single or Kingsize bed (lodger can decide which they prefer) wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside unit
Single room includes a Single Bed, a set of drawers and a bedside unit.
Rent inclusive of all utility bills/Heating (excluding electricity as key meter)
Non smoker, DSS not accepted.
Double room - The deposit is (£190). The monthly rent being £380. On being accepted as a new lodger you would be expected to pay your deposit plus a months rent in advance.
Single room - The deposit is (£165)
The monthly rent being £330. On being accepted as a new lodger you would be expected to pay your deposit plus a months rent in advance.
