Stone house in an historic village in the mountains near the spanish border. In the village there is a castle from the 11th century and a roman bridge from the 3rd century.
The house is at the edge of the village, so you have all the comodities like elctricity, internet, water, telephone, sewage...and a view over the woodlands, river and pastures. Really beautiful.
The house has two floors, the groundfloor is one large room with open kitchen and an attached bathroom with toilet, bath and bidet. Also place for washing and dryingmachine.
The second floor consist of 3 bedrooms and a toilet and bathroom. The floor is wood, still in great shape.
Next to the house there is a shed for storage and at the street there is a garage.
The village has about 90 inhabitants but in the summer it gets very lively with all the emigrants that come back, every week there is a party!
The surroundings are fantastic! Woodlands of oak and chestnut, pastures and wildlife. Great for hiking, swimming, biking, horseriding...everything you want for a holiday or permanent living.
