Similar to the Grand Bazaar, it is open on weekdays and only half a day on Saturdays. Grand Bazaar - Today,shop selling the same kind of merchandise tend to be congregated in their own street or in hans as this was originally  the Ottoman system.In addition to two bedestens there are also 13 hans in the grand bazaar.The atmosphere of the Grand Bazaar is very interesting for tourist and has consequenty  become a very popular place for foreign visitors.It is open during working hours on week days,closing earlier  on Saturdays,while on Sundays and religious holidays it is closed. Also see the Sacred Pools, the Altar of Zeus, the Library, and the Serpent Altar which still serves as the symbol of the medical profession. This small seaport serves as the port for the hilltop city of Pergamon. The outstanding attraction in this ancient city is the ruins of a once great library. Meet at Dikili harbor and contiune visit to Pergamum Acropolis to see the steepest theater of the ancient world, the Temple of Trajan, then visit the Asklepion, the ancient hospital. Pergamum Acropolis - The finest altar (shrine) ever built is accepted as the Zeus Altar in Pergamum in 180 BC.  Most parts of the Zeus Altar is now in the Berlin Pergamum Museum.  The altar was in the Acropolis which is some 300 meters above the modern city of Bergama.  The ancient theater in the Acropolis is the steepest Hellenistic Theater in the world.  The theater has 80 rows with over 10.000 spectator capacity.  The theater lies on the hill in the Acropolis overlooking the modern city of Bergama and Gediz Valley. Asklepion - Asclepieum, a sanctuary and a healing center built for Asclepieum, the God of healing, was the first hospital in the world and was built in the 4th century BC.  This large complex became an official center in the 3rd century BC and in the 2nd century Hadrian further developed the complex.  Close to the complex in Pergamum, Serapeum (Temple of Serapis-Turkish name Kizil Avlu), was built in the 2nd century AD during the king of Hadrian and was dedicated to the Gods of Egypt.  Because of the red bricks used in the construction, the building is also called the Red Court. Duration: 5 hours Gateway Antalya Port Once the only working port on Turkey's western seaboard, Antalya has yielded its docking operations to a new industrial harbor west of the city and given its waters over completely to recreational use. Now known as the "Yacht Harbor," Antalya's portis a favorite among Mediterranean sailors and features a prize-winning marina. The city of Antalya stands on cliffs overlooking the north end of Antalya Bay, which is open southeastward to the Mediterranean Sea. The Port of Antalya is divided into two main sections. The relatively new commercial port is located on the northwest side of the bay. The yacht harbor is located in the extreme northeast portion of Antalya Bay about 5 nmi northeast of the commercial port, and adjacent to the city.
